Villa Claudia is a lovely, spacious villa set among pines and oaks that drop away through the Malvan Valley towards the sea. Inside, guests will discover a spacious lounge with two french doors that open onto the southern upper terrace. This cosy room is equipped with plenty of comfy seats and a working fireplace. The open-plan dining area provides seating for twelve guests, opening onto the sunny portico seating area outside. The sleek kitchen is well-equipped, complete with a marble tiled floor and an opening onto the al fresco dining terrace. The ground floor is also home to a wonderful library, reading area and study. On the upper ground floor, guests will find a useful laundry room, as well as a boulevard entrance. The lower ground room is home to the first of six bedrooms, a minimalistic double bedroom with a lovely shower room en suite. Head up to the first floor to discover three more double bedrooms, each with an en suite, some with private terrace or balcony. The annexe offers the perfect spot for guests looking for additional privacy, complete with a sitting room, kitchen and dining area, and two en suite bedrooms.
