Tucked away in the peaceful hinterland of the Côte d’Azur, this exquisite villa is a stylish retreat designed to delight families and friends alike. Set within a beautifully landscaped park and situated in the charming village of Saint‑Cézaire‑sur‑Siagne, this contemporary villa blends modern comfort with Provençal charm.

On the ground floor guests are welcomed by a bright, open entrance leading into a generously sized living and dining space, where floor-to-ceiling bay windows frame views of the pool and garden setting. The large, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals for a group, while the adjoining living and dining area becomes a natural hub for gathering, relaxing and sharing. From here, the indoor space flows seamlessly outdoors onto a covered terrace furnished for al fresco living; a large table for twelve, a lounge area and a plancha barbecue await.

The first floor is dedicated entirely to serene relaxation and rest. There are multiple bedrooms; a master suite with a double bed and dressing room, two further bedrooms each with double beds and generous closet space, and a children’s bedroom with three single beds and its own storage. Two full bathrooms add convenience and comfort. The pièce de résistance is the solarium terrace on the upper level; your private vantage point from which to enjoy sunrise coffee or an evening glass of rosé, looking out over the grounds and beyond.

Outside, there is an outdoor playground framed by lush greenery and elegant design. The heated pool sits centre-stage, surrounded by a broad sun terrace perfect for lounging, bathing and soaking up the Mediterranean sun. A covered terrace extends along the house, providing shade and a comfortable dining lounge area.

This tranquil yet well connected location means guests can enjoy the calm of the Provençal countryside while being within comfortable reach of the beaches and glamour of the Côte d’Azur. On your doorstep you'll discover local shops, cafés and markets where you can soak up authentic southern France living.
