Arranged over two levels, the villa has been designed with ease and comfort in mind. Functional layouts are complemented by carefully chosen furniture, subtle colour accents and striking artwork, creating interiors that feel both contemporary and welcoming. Large windows and doors throughout the house ensure a constant connection with the outdoors, allowing light and sea breezes to flow through.

At garden level, the open kitchen and dining area opens directly onto the pool terrace, making it an ideal communal space for shared meals and relaxed gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped for holiday living, while the bedrooms are quietly positioned around this central area, each featuring a queen‑size bed and en suite bathroom. Upstairs, a light‑filled living room overlooks the pool courtyard below, offering a comfortable spot to unwind at any time of day.

The pool courtyard, grassy terrace and open seating areas are designed for sunny days and unhurried evenings, while a private terrace set directly by the beach provides a front‑row seat for watching the sun dip into the sea.
