Podere Casemasce
Introduction
Podere Casemasce
A perfect paradox of a house, this family villa is both stylish and informal, very private yet within easy striking distance of the gorgeous town of Todi, and quite grown-up but with two hectares of grounds for children to run around. Recently refurbished, the villa is furnished throughout with effortless elegance and important contemporary art work. An airy open plan area occupies the ground floor, the kitchen with adjacent dining area and an elegant sitting area. A TV room dressed more casually dressed in warm colours completes the ground floor. The well-equipped kitchen has an island and plenty of preparation space, cook service could be an added indulgence. These open out to a big covered terrace, forming al fresco stylish dining and living areas and looking out to the breathtaking views. Individually styled, on the first floor there is a master bedroom, and there are three en suite rooms at the lower level. And just below the house, in very spacious lawns, the generously large swimming pool is joined by two gazebos for shade. The efficient housekeeper also loves to cook for guests. Medieval Todi’s shops and restaurants are just 9km from the villa, Perugia and Assisi are both within a 50km drive, and there is a small local shop just 3km away. EWdas ad
