Perched above the sea, this remarkable small villa in Menorca is a perfect place just for two or a small family – with picture perfect panoramas. Recently refurbished in contemporary style with great attention to detail, the new interiors of this enchanting small villa belie its unassuming outline. The property is almost entirely open-plan, the entrance leads into a pretty ‘marine-chic’  kitchen/dining/sitting room with 43” Smart TV and board games.  The two bedrooms share a beautiful shower room. Outdoors, there is a shaded al fresco dining terrace, built in barbecue and further comfortable seating and loungers on the pool terrace to take advantage of the views. Set in a cluster of properties, there are neighbours either side but high walls and vegetation ensure privacy. Due to difficult and slippery access, swimming is not recommended immediately below the property but the sandy beach, shops and restaurants at Cala en Bosch are just 500m away with further sandy beaches just a little further away within easy reach and all the restaurants and bars of Ciutdella just 8km away.
