Framed by mature olive trees, just one kilometre from the coastline, Masseria San Francesco offers a secluded Puglian haven with views stretching towards the Adriatic Sea. Secured behind private entrance gates, the villa combines tranquil country surroundings with an expansive outdoor living area. A large swimming pool with built-in steps serves as the focal point of the garden, complemented by an elevated jacuzzi, shaded lounge pergolas, and a large built-in barbecue area.

Inside, the villa balances classic regional architecture, such as vaulted stone ceilings, with refined contemporary comforts. The ground floor opens into an entrance hall and sitting room with a stone fireplace, leading to a fully equipped modern kitchen complete with a coffee machine, and a separate dining room. Three en suite double bedrooms are located on the ground level, each offering direct access to the surrounding gardens, including a king size bedroom with a freestanding bath and twin basins. Upstairs, the master bedroom opens onto a generous roof terrace with panoramic views overlooking the sea. On the lower ground floor, a private wellness space includes a sauna, alongside fitness equipment including a treadmill, exercise bike, and weights, creating the ultimate sanctuary for all year-round restoration and relaxation. 

Beyond the grounds, family entertainment includes a trampoline, table football, and six bicycles for exploring the vast surrounding countryside. Local coastal amenities at Savelletri are 4km away, with Lido Baia del Sole just 2.2km from the villa. San Domenico Golf Course is less than 3km away, while regional highlights such as Monopoli with clear sandy coves, and cliffside town Polignano a Mare are reachable within a short drive.
