Located in a renowned private estate surrounded by pine forests on the Cap Benat, this modern newly built villa is nestled amongst a Mediterranean garden complete with boules pitch. An inviting entrance hall leads into the main open plan living area with a sleek, modern kitchen and a dining and sitting area complete with fireplace for colder evenings. The property has been beautifully decorated, with neutral contemporary interiors combined with carefully selected pieces of furniture, and quirky touches throughout the living space. Glass sliding doors blur the distinction between outside and inside areas, and allow access to the spacious covered terrace complete with gas barbeque, dining table and a choice of seating area, all overlooking the large swimming pool. On the same floor there are three light and airy twin bedrooms, two with en suite bathrooms, and a children’s room with bunk beds. All twin bedrooms can be made up as double bedrooms on request. On the first floor there are two double or twin bedrooms with en suites and sliding glass doors out onto the balcony. The estate boasts shared tennis courts and a private beach only 750m from the property. The shops and restaurants of charming Bormes-les-Mimosas are just 8km away, and glitzy St. Tropez is within 45km of the estate, with its exclusive shops, restaurants, night life and famous harbour.
