With all the character of its 17th century origins, and all the comfort of a family home, this old stone house leaves nothing to chance when it comes to relaxation. Airy rooms are furnished in an enchanting blend of old and new, with colourful kilims and artworks complementing country simplicity. Each of the villa’s four bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and air conditioning. The living room at the heart of the house, with its windows onto the garden, is complemented by a cosy study / sitting room on the floor above, warmed by a big log fire on autumn evenings. And beside the lovely swimming pool in very private gardens, a well-designed pool house incorporates a shower and wc, a kitchen and barbecue, and a covered sitting and dining terrace for long, leisurely lunches. Close to picturesque towns in both Tuscan and Umbria attractions, this idle idyll is just 1.5km from shops and restaurants in the picturesque walled town of Lucignano. The bathrooms have all been recently refurbished. Beautifully managed by the owners, this property is much loved by CV customers.
