The open-plan living and dining areas are adorned with marvellous details and furnishings, creating the perfect space for socialising at home. The kitchen is fully equipped for any culinary needs, sporting a four-burner gas stove, a coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a juicer. Guests can also enjoy a continental breakfast buffet served daily when staying at L'Ancora. Each of the villa’s five bedrooms hosts a private en suite, with multiple rooms overlooking the garden or the sea, and one bedroom with its own hydromassage bath. Up on the second floor, a master bedroom bedroom opens onto a private terrace, for incredible views over both the land and the sea.

Outside, on the first floor a Jacuzzi hosts dazzling panoramic views across the Tyrrhenian Sea, whilst the swimming pool area at the rear of the property presents a more quiet and secluded spot for families or groups of friends to relax and, unwind One of the villa’s sea view terraces is home to a barbecue area and a wood-fired pizza oven, perfect for those looking to make home-cooked meals in the open air. For additional dining options, there are several excellent including Michelin-starred restaurants to choose between in Marina del Cantone, an old seafaring village, just 900 metres from the villa, also home to the wonderful pebbly beach. Slightly closer, just 300 metres from the villa, is a beach where boat hire is available. There are several local shops and supermarkets near to the villa too. The historic town of Sorrento is only 15 kilometres from the villa, whilst Positano and Amalfi town sit at the 25 and 39 kilometre marks respectively. In the other direction, Pompeii can be found just 40 kilometres away, and for those travelling without use of a car, the SITA SUD bus station is a mere 900 metres from L’Ancora, granting easy access to nearby towns.
