Islands View is a stunning contemporary villa looking out over the beautiful Egadi Islands. The property boasts an exceptional panoramic terrace, a covered pool with hydrotherapy, and a traditional sauna. Set over two floors, this minimalist villa is furnished in crisp white décor, featuring large terraces and floor-to-ceiling glass doors throughout. The sophisticated yet simple interiors provide a sense of comfort and luxury. The raised ground floor includes a large open-plan living and dining room with a well-equipped kitchen. Also on this floor are two double bedrooms with shower rooms en suite. From this floor a staircase leads down to a lower level featuring a sauna, an open-plan dining and seating area with a kitchenette, and three double bedrooms, each with en suite shower rooms. The restaurant Baglio Oneto, a vineyard and hotel is open to non –residents and is within walking distance. Further shops and informal restaurants are within 600m and there are plenty of shops, restaurants and wineries in atmospherica Marsala just a short drive away. The Egadi islands can easily reached by hydrofoil and boat trips can be arranged. We also recommend you to visit the Stagnone Nature Reserve where you can see magnificent sunsets in a unique landscape of salt pans and windmills.
