Set in a citrus groves just outside Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, Il Limoneto is a very comfortable eight bedroom villa that offers guests extensive terraces, a beautiful garden filled with olive and fruit trees, and easy access to local shops and restaurants. The villa is ideally situated for those seeking a perfect blend of privacy and convenience, with the added allure of boat hire available nearby for maritime adventures.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by elegantly furnished interiors spread across three floors. Each spacious bedroom is adorned with gentle, neutral-toned fabrics. The heart of the villa is the tastefully decorated living and dining areas with piano. These rooms all open out onto the main terraces, perfect for relaxing and socialising together with loved ones. The villa's professional-grade kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, ideal for preparing delicious meals for family and friends. At ground floor level there is a two bedroom suite with kitchenette opening to the gardens. At first floor level, there are three bedrooms are located in one suite and two bedrooms are in a separate suite. There is a kitchenette on the second floor and the bedroom opens out onto a large terrace with views overlooking the sea.

Stepping outside, you'll find yourself immersed in a lush garden filled with olive and fruit trees, providing a fragrant and colourful backdrop to your stay. The partially shaded terrace and adjacent pool area are well furnished, offering glorious coastal views, and inviting guests to bask in the Mediterranean sun or enjoy al fresco meals. The 8m x 4m metre pool, available from early April through to the end of October, provides a refreshing respite on warm days. Beyond the villa's grounds, the surrounding area is a treasure trove of experiences. Foodies will love the nearby Michelin-starred restaurants in Sant' Agata sui Due Golfii to the restaurant just 400 metres from the villa, to the historic sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum (34 and 48 kilometres away respectively), there’s plenty of options within easy reach. For beach enthusiasts, the shores of Marina del Cantone are just six kilometres from the villa, with Positano and Amalfi also just a short drive away, promising days filled with sun, and crystal-clear waters. To easily access the local area, a bus stop can be found just 700 metres from Il Limoneto, whilst superb shopping and the train station at Sorrento are just 7km away.
