High Trees

Grounded in effortless Caribbean living, the grounds center around a wide timber sun deck and private swimming pool with built-in steps, bordered by an outdoor shower, shaded loungers, and table tennis in the garden breeze. A paved stone path winds past lush lawns to a secluded, timber-roofed gazebo perched right at the water’s edge, providing a sheltered venue for al fresco dining alongside sunset sea views.

Inside, bright white-painted timber ceilings, classic terrazzo tile flooring, and coral-stone pillars create an open, airy flow suited to warm coastal days. The generous covered veranda functions as a main living area, combining casual seating areas with a second large outdoor dining space overlooking the grounds. Adjacent to the terrace, a fully equipped contemporary kitchen features double ovens, a central prep island, and direct outdoor access for easy entertaining, complemented by a dedicated indoor TV room. 

Each of the four air-conditioned bedrooms feature an en suite bathroom, and flexible layouts well tailored to multi-generational groups or two families traveling together. Conveniently located along the northwest coast, the villa sits within walking distance of Mullins Beach, while the shops, markets, and dining of both Speightstown and Holetown are under a ten-minute drive away.
