In a sunny spot at the back of the village, this lovely little cottage is situated very close to St Stephano’s beach, shops and waterfront restaurants. A lovely choice for a family or friends, the villa embraces the ethos of outdoor living with a covered veranda for al fresco dining, a portable barbecue, and ample space in the garden and around the seven metre swimming pool for leisurely lounging in sun or shade. The single storey house has an attractive open-plan kitchen/living room, and its English owners have chosen a cool colour palette of white, wood and muted natural tones throughout the house, adding a touch of romance to décor in the two en suite bedrooms.

With all the essential amenities in St Stephano a short walk away along a rough track (uneven in places), the villa is also within easy reach of a range of leisure facilities in neighbouring resorts, from excellent water sports in Kalami to horse riding, and tennis and nightlife in Kassiopi, all within a 5km to 9km drive.
