A sturdy stone house set in very beautiful gardens, Ca'n Elvera blends old world character with modern comforts, and combines a sense of seclusion with easy access to amenities. Outside, an attractive kidney-shaped swimming pool surrounded by the pretty well-tended gardens and a table tennis table encourage outdoor play. Inside the villa is light and airy, and furnished in local style. Equally appealing for families or groups of friends, a stone arch divides the comfortable open plan dining and sitting room from the large, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast area. There is also a further room at the rear of the property accessed from the kitchen with barbecue area and shower room. The villa has a master double bedroom with en suite bathroom and two win bedrooms on the first floor, all of a good size and with air conditioning. The master bedroom and one of the other twin bedrooms open to a sunny terrace at the front of the property. The other twin bedroom shares a generously sized bathroom. The villa is set in an easily accessed, very private, convenient location just 4km from Old Pollensa, with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, and 7km from glorious sandy beaches at Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicenc.
