Wide glass sliding doors draw the fresh sea breezes into the open-plan living and dining area, which offers two comfortable sofa areas, formal dining table, and a kitchen fitted with beautiful stone worktops, a central island and a 4-person breakfast bar. The accommodation provides five en suite bedrooms across a flexible single storey layout, fitted with insect screens and air conditioning for comfort. The main villa has two king size bedrooms, featuring private outdoor showers, alongside a dedicated triple bedroom with three single beds, perfectly catered for families with younger children. Steps away across the garden, a separate two-bedroom guest house offers its own kitchenette, TV area, and terrace, housing a further king bedroom and a versatile twin room. Designed for seamless mobility, the property features step-free pathways throughout, accessible roll-in showers, and a sand-ready wheelchair for beach access.

Equipped with kayaks, pool floats, and tennis rackets for the nearby local courts, the property offers every invitation to embrace coastal living. The soft sands of Mahoe Bay lie just 50 metres across the lawn, whilst the scenic tables at Sugarcane Restaurant sit within 2km, and the bustling harbour at Spanish Town is a short drive away.
