Hi , I am Michelle and I live in The Midlands. I am married and have three children up to now and two grandchildren. Family is a key part in who I am and how I am driven.

My passion for travel started over 15 years ago. I realised that with my management skills and my love of travel this is exactly where I wanted to be. My years within the travel Industry has given me the opportunity to build up a loyal customer following with many of my customers originating from my customers who have used my services before and have recommended me.

A few of my favourite places are Florida, Australia and Portugal. Whilst these destinations are very different I love them for different reasons and know them well as holiday destinations. My worst holiday was Corfu in Greece... now I tell you this not to put you off Corfu, the resort was lovely and the beach was one of the best but the trip happened before I started in the travel Industry and it was down to the hotel choice - it was terrible and if anything taught me that a good travel agent was worth their weight in gold it was that experience!

I love to cruise - the service and quality is fantastic on-board and the wide variety of destinations always appeals to me. We cruised with Celebrity around the Med for our honeymoon visiting some wonderful places. Creating those picture postcard memories. Athens had the wow factor for us.

Now that‘s a bit about me and now about what I do. I firstly specialise in family holidays followed closely by organising honeymoons and weddings to destinations all over the world. I am a travel agent that will delight in organising all different types of trips for you, from UK holidays and weekends away to the more complex and demanding around the world itineraries’ and everything in between.
