San Roque Hotel

The northwest coast between Puerto De La Cruz and Garachico is very scenic and often missed by visitors. Hotel San Roque is located in the centre of Garachico which was once a major port and has a rich and colourful history.

San Roque itself is a two-storey, 18th Century manor house which was built in a traditional Canarian style and features a large open courtyard. The building has been sympathetically restored to a high standard.

There are 20 individually styled rooms set around the courtyard, each furnished to a high standard. The outdoor pool lies within the courtyard area and there is a rooftop solarium terrace with ocean views.

Breakfast is served by the pool and the hotel’s restaurant specialises in Mediterranean and Canarian cuisine.

This hotel is ideal if you want a small personal hotel set in a historic town, with privacy and quietness but every comfort.

Double Room

There are 9 double rooms - 4 on the top floor and 5 on the ground floor.

Views are overlooking the former convent opposite the hotel or of the main courtyard. These calm and tranquil rooms have 2 single beds or 1 double bed.

The 7 Duplex Rooms are set on the first floor of the hotel with views over the courtyards.

The two beautifully appointed Junior Suites each have a distinct personality. One has pine wood floors and beams plus an Art Deco inspired bathroom and the other features a handmade ceramic installation from Velencia.

This spacious suite is spread over two floors and has pictures windows with views over the main courtyard.
