The is core to our overall mission and based on the United Nations Sustainable Developrnent Goals (IJNSDG5). We've crafted this report in alignment with our six Cherish the Planet pillars. One of my key takeaways from my work in implementing our ESG program is that rarely do things fall solely into one pillar or UNSDG. Initiatives and actions are symbiotic in nature, and while their focus may be channelled to a particular area they have flow on effects elsewhere-

A great example Of this is the case study on our clean water initiatives on page I I. This demonstrates how an initiative designed to address a particular focal point can create multiple co-benefits. It should also be noted that the achievernents and future goals within this report are not an exhaustive list, but rnore a snap shot. In future reports we will updating you on how we performed and what additional goals we have set for ourselves to ensure our own accountability.

We are comparatlvety young in our ESG journey but I am very proud Of the steps we have taken and achievernent3 we have made in a relatively short Of time, I am excited about what the future holds. We are under no illusions of the enormity of the challenges ahead of us but we are committed to being better than we were yesterday.

If we can remain true to that commitment we will always be tracking in the right direction towards achieving both our internal and collective global goals.
