The hotel has two distinct wings; the Ala Bustillo wing is the signature building which opened in 1940 and the Lago Moreno wing was built in 2007. Rooms and suites are furnished in a cosy Patagonian style with amenities including twin or double beds, bathroom, bathrobes, slippers, hairdryer, minibar, safebox, Wi-Fi. Selected rooms have air conditioning and connecting rooms are available for families.
