From May to August it is very hot and humid. The climate is best from late September to early April, with very little rainfall throughout the year.
The Holy Month of Ramadan typically falls during August/Early September – during this period there are restrictions on alcohol, entertaining and indoor dining.
Currently the tallest tower in the world, The Burj Fhalifa dominates the Dubai skyline. At a height of 828m, it’s a fantastic piece of architecture and to experience it’s magnificence close up is a real experience. The view from the observation deck on level 124 is superb, but you can go even higher to the opulent At The Top Sky Lounge on the 148th floor.
The biggest water park in Dubai and a fantastic day out for the whole family. Situated on Atlas The Palm, it’s home to some of the fastest and adrenaline-pumping rides in the world. There’s also an opportunity to get up close to stingrays and sharks, as well as 700m of private beach for rest and relaxation. Of course, there’s also plenty of restaurants and café’s.
No holiday to Dubai is complete without a fabulous shopping trip to some of the top shopping outlets in the world. With more than 1,200 shops and 150 restaurants, the Dubai Mall is the perfect destination, but there’s more to it than that, including an ice-rink, giant aquarium and indoor theme park.
