Club Med Cancun

I can highly recommend this amazing property which is located in the tourist resort of Cancun, Mexico. Club Med was the first holiday resort to take advantage of the powdery white sands of Cancun 30 years ago, and now stands the action packed luxury resort surrounded by wonderful gardens, the lagoon and the Caribbean sea. Premium All Inclusive at its best is the standard board basis here which includes soft drinks, most alcoholic drinks, all meals, which are wonderful(see below) all sports (see below). Restaurants - the resort has a choice of three restaurants..... La Hacienda This is the main restaurant which is located in the centre of the resort, it is split into 5 sections each designed along the lines of a colonial hacienda. La Hacienda is a buffet restaurant with a wonderful choice at every meal time, serving international dishes as well as the traditional Mexican (very nice). Las Cazuelas Breakfast & Lunch is buffet service and waiter service at night... I experiences Las Cazuelas for breakfast, lunch and evening meal during my stay so have first hand knowledge on the wonderful cuisine served here. At night you must pre book ( free of charge) with reception and the menu is amazing. Las Cazuelas is away from the main building and is on stilts partly over the ocean, if you don't fancy the walk there are little buggy's that will drop you at this speciality restaurant. La Estancia This is an Argentinian speciality restaurant where I dined one evening on my visit and had a superb steak cooked to perfection, as you can probably gather this is also waiter service in an evening and service is fantastic. ( Must pre book via reception). What is there to do ? Well where shall I start.... Water ski-ing,kayaks,windsurfing,snorkelling, sailing or on dry land...Flying Trapeze with circus activities, tennis,fitness centre, beach volleyball to name a few and whats more these are all included in the premium all inclusive. Rooms at Club Med Cancun are spacious and clean decorated in typical mexican style and are spread out around the complex, lagoon and sea view are some of the standard room available, you can also upgrade to a delux room or for something more special 5 trident luxury space suite's which are located in their own building with their with added extras such as a turn down service at night, own pool and seperate concierge.
