Roberta Comley

Hi, I’m Roberta and I love to travel and now I want to help you too, and welcome to my page with the multi award winning Designer Travel.

I spent a total of 12 years abroad working for a Tour Operator before returning to the UK in 2006 and more recently, settling on the South Coast with my husband and adorable rescue dog. We live a few minutes from the beach, and I volunteer regularly at a local alpaca farm, which is slightly more challenging than walking the dog.

I like to make the most of life and enjoy experiencing new things and have visited over 70 countries and counting, I aim to visit a new one every year! Everyone always asks where my favourite is, it’s so hard to narrow it down but have a soft spot for the Caribbean (where I got engaged) and Mauritius (where I got married) and recently have enjoyed swapping the sun for snow with a wonderful trip to Lapland where I was lucky enough to see the spectacular Northern Lights.

Booking with a travel agent is all about the extra detail that you don’t get when you book online, from booking seats and help with check-in, to personal notes and gifts waiting in your hotel room or recommending local restaurants. That’s why my main priority is ensuring that I get to know you, the person I am booking for as I feel that every time you travel it needs to be perfect.
