To Sarah Chapman, I would like to thank you for the help you provided in ensuring that we have a holiday booked in the diary for next year. The process could not have been simpler. You emailed me one evening with some ideas and I had booked the next day. I know from previous experience that this process would have taken me days and weeks in search time, looking for varying deals, prices and cashback whilst also trying to run my business. Instead, you understood what I was looking for, and answered all my questions. You also thought outside of the box on our behalf. After booking, your assistance did not stop because you continued to look for convenient parking options for us which you kindly found. And since originally finding that one, which was convenient for us at the time, you notified us when you found something that was more convenient. All over and above the normal customer journey. I really want to thank you for the time you have saved us so that we can look forward to our wonderful cruise next year. We have no hesitation in using your services again and for certain will be recommending you to any of our family and friends.
