Lovely holidays

Hi Maria Ken and I just wanted to say a huge 'thank you' to you for all your efforts (and patience!) in organising the fabulous holidays we have experienced over the past 12 months. In November we really enjoyed our fabulous trip to the USA to celebrate our ruby wedding anniversary. You sorted everything for us from hotels, transfers, excursions, and a cruise to a wonderful helicopter flight to the Grand Canyon - it was amazing. Then another tick on our 'bucket' list was a memorable trip to Sweden and Finland to see the Northern Lights. The package you arranged at really short notice was fantastic. Not only did we go sledging with reindeer and huskies, we rode a skidoo on a frozen lake in the dark. However the highlight was that we actually got to see the Northern Lights. More recently you found us a great hotel at a good price for another short break, this time in Jersey. We really appreciated your help when we experienced some problems at the hotel. Your professional intervention with the hotel management on our behalf definitely made the difference and we had a super holiday as a result. We are now looking forward to our next trip, this time to Portugal in a few weeks, so many many thanks for looking after us so well and long may this great partnership continue!
