Incredible Service even when things go wrong - Thanks to Covid19

Dear Sarah, I write this testimonial in recognition of the incredible service I have received from you and your team at Designer Travel. Firstly, back in August when the travel corridor to Portugal was deemed safe you booked a golfing holiday for myself, my husband, and our friends to go to Portugal in November. You listened carefully to our requests then went ahead and booked exactly what we wanted including securing our preferred tee times on the course that we love. However, by November the travel corridor to Portugal had closed and our holiday could not go ahead. You immediately offered to move our holiday to the same time next year or give us a full refund. With heavy hearts we asked for a refund. Sarah you were amazing! With no hesitation and with no inconvenience to us you immediately confirmed that we would get a full refund. You were true to your word and within a very short period of time and without us having to chase we were indeed refunded in full.
