New York City Break

There is no place on earth quite like New York, come and experience this exciting vibrant, bustling metropolis that never sleeps!  From its rich culture, fashion and trend setting styles, the "Big Apple" promises to fill all your dreams, what ever you are looking for,  New York has it all. Sightseeing:-  There are so many things to do and see in New York that you will never have time to stop and think!   Take a trip up the Empire State Building for magnificent views of the Manhattan skyline,  board the Staten Island Ferry to view the spectacular Statue of Liberty, visit vibrant Times Square,   Take an open topped double decker bus or purchase a Metrocard which offers fantastic value for money giving you unlimited travel buses and the subway for a day.  For a truly "New York" experience why not jump into a yellow cab or relax from the hustle and bustle of the city in a horse Drawn carriage through picturesque Central Park. Shopping:-  New York is a shopper's paradise, where you can shop until your  heart  (or wallet) is content.  With thousands of shops and stores there are some fantastic bargains to be bought.  Stroll down Fifth Avenue and shop in the world's famous department stores such as Macy's and Bloomingdales that sell just about everything. Dining and Entertainment;-  Dining is one of New York's greatest pleasures, there is something to suit every imaginable taste from Greek, Asian, Spanish and Japanese.  You can find a good selection of restaurants, delis and sidewalk cafes around the Theatre district between 42nd and 55th street, sample the best Chinese and Italian cuisine in Chinatown and Little Italy.  From the latest Broadway musicals, comedy clubs, cinemas and the late night screen in Greenwich Village.  New York will keep you entertained after the sun goes down. When to visit;-  New York is a year round destination.  It is known for its hot, humid summers and cold winters.  The most pleasant time to visit are from April to June and September to early November.
