Our holiday of a lifetime was just perfect!

We wanted to let you know that our recent holiday was just amazing!! I believe if it was not for the integrity of your care and time taken to dot the I's and cross the t's for us it could have been very different, as we saw some very upset customers from your competitors that were unaware of what to do and how to handle situations, but thanks to your information we did!! The safari was just amazing and the room at the hotel in Zanzibar, WOW was all we could say when we opened the door, we'd been upgraded to a suite, which I believe was down to you contacting the hotel in advance of our holiday. So a huge thank you from us for making our holiday a trip of a lifetime and we are looking forward to many more to come. We'll be in touch soon about our next adventure! Thanks again. Julie
