Honeymoon to Iceland

We had an absolutely amazing time. I can't tell you how much we both enjoyed it. We got home on Tuesday, and we both moped around all afternoon because we missed Iceland and definitely didn't want to go back to work. The hotel was lovely and couldn't have asked for a better location; it was ideal. We had so many restaurants to choose from on the doorstep, including the lovely restaurant and bar within the hotel. The main shopping street was literally down the road, and it was a short walk to the waterside and harbour. The weather was quite bad the first couple of days as we got the end of the hurricane from America, so some of the excursions had to be rearranged, but this was no trouble at all. All the excursions were great especially the snowmobiling - that was amazing!... ...The blue lagoon was amazing! I think this was probably our favourite bit. The hotel was amazing and really helpful. They'd upgraded our blue lagoon ticket to a premium ticket and it was just amazing. When we came out of the lagoon we walked back to the hotel under the northern lights so that was a great end to an amazing honeymoon. We really can't thank you enough for all of your help in making this the best honeymoon we could have asked for. I know I keep saying it, but it really was amazing!
