Maria From the outset, Bernie and & I were very impressed with your level of enthusiasm, professionalism and very knowledgeable approach to support our recent holiday trip to China. Throughout the planning phase you consistently demonstrated all of these qualities which provided us with the optimum travel itinerary to enable us to see as much of China within the 2 week time span we were limited too, but without it feeling like a business trip. During what proved to be a truly memorable trip, all airport transfers, local guides, tours and railway tickets etc. were delivered par excellence. Without equivocation, you surpassed all expectations and provided an outstanding level of service, professionalism and follow-through, which underpinned our sense of expectation that everything would turn out as planned.
