The Hebridean Princess has offered its clients an unparalleled service for many years on varied itineraries, mainly Scottish, most departing from Oban; and now with some off season departures from Greenock. Only 50 guests are catered for, by around 38 crew members, as she sails Scotland’s Western Isles, one of the most beautiful coast lines of Northern Europe. Each year a few alternative destination_blogs are being included to keep their regular clients happy.
Country House comfort
Each cabin has its own particular style, and the Tiree lounge with its stone fireplace offers guests captivating views. The ship provides personal comfort in a country house setting, where officers, crew and guests mix freely together. All meals and drinks are included and there is a strict no-tipping policy. Privately escorted tours and entrance fees to places of interest are all included. The tours ashore are relaxing and informative.
Single Clients well catered for
Single clients are particularly well catered for and are accompanied as a small group while ashore, if desired. Single rooms are not premium-rated as they are on other ships.
For the energetic, adventurous and walkers
For the energetic or adventurous, there are ship bicycles for guests’ use ashore, while speedboat rides and fishing trips can be arranged at no extra cost. Hebridean also offer various Footloose departures, accompanied by experienced and knowledgeable guides, designed for those who love walking and vary from a morning ramble to a full days guided hike with delicious picnic lunch.
Fit for a Queen
Much refurbishment work has been carried out on the ship in recent times to ensure the ship is ‘fit for a queen’. Her Majesty The Queen has chartered this ship twice since losing the Royal Yacht to celebrate special family occasions.
