LUXURY CRUISING with Crystal
The Difference is Crystal Clear
Crystal Cruises describes its ships as ‘the world’s finest resorts at sea’. The company has established itself over the years as one of the leading operators of larger deluxe ships (not mega ships) with around 550 crew looking after 1000 passengers, and has been voted the World’s Best more times than any ship, hotel or resort in history.
Very high standards and well trained loyal staff
The food is of exceptionally high standard, including healthy options, with alternative dining in smaller restaurants offering a more intimate atmosphere. Many of the public rooms are located on the one deck, and staff are carefully selected and trained. A large proportion of staterooms have their own veranda.
You choose the way you wish to Dine
Crystal Cruises are suitable for guests who prefer a mid-size vessel but with the facilities of a larger ship. Crystal offer traditional early and late evening (Classic) dining as well as ‘Perfect Choice’ dining (Dining by Reservation). You can book times for Dining by Reservation when your cruise is paid, or with the Maître D’ on-board (subject to availability). Alternative complimentary evening dining by reservation includes Japanese Silk Road and The Sushi Bar, an intimate Asian style restaurant created by ‘Nobu’ Matsuhisa (world-famous chef), and Prego, offering elegant dining with a spectacular view and unique Italian cuisine. Complimentary in-room dining is available, with Penthouse guests also able to order from Prego and Silk Road.
Multi Million refurbishment of ships
Crystal Cruises have spent more than $120 million dollars in recent years upgrading both their vessels, Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity. The comprehensive refurbishments have included renewal of soft furnishings and carpets, installing dramatic new lighting and total revamp of pools and pool areas completely re-inventing spaces to create new stylish, contemporary and exceptionally welcoming and comfortable public areas and accommodations.
Crystal offers all-inclusive cruising

A fleet of brand new vessels are being introduced starting in summer 2017. The new vessels will have yacht-like accommodations and extensive space to guest ratio. The all-inclusive six star service offered by its ocean cruise ships will be offered on the new vessels with a fresh approach to river experiences and itineraries. Each 70 suite luxury river yacht will feature 250 sq. ft. guest suites with walk in wardrobes. The ships also feature two 500 sq. ft. penthouse suites. Spacious public areas include The Palm Court with dance floor and glass domed roof. The company is attempting to deviate from traditional routes to avoid any congestion of other vessels in port.
